888games Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Player Agreement

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account on the 888games platform, accessing any part of the website at 888games.ws, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 888games.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account and you must not use the 888games platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

888games reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe specified by 888games may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

If 888games discovers that an account has been opened by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be closed immediately, all bets and wagers placed will be voided, and the net deposited amount (minus any withdrawals already made) will be returned to the payment method on file.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 888games at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 888games uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed and bonuses associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated. 888games may verify any information you provide against third-party databases. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888games login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 888games will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account using valid credentials will be treated as your activity. 4. Deposits

All deposits to your 888games account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum single deposit: Rs 1,000,000 (higher limits available for VIP members by arrangement)
• Deposits are credited to your 888games wallet within seconds for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay transactions.
• IBFT and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the processing bank.
• 888games does not charge any fee for deposits. Any charges levied by your bank or mobile money provider are the responsibility of the depositor.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the 888games accounts team.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 2–4 hours of request approval.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT.
• A minimum wagering requirement equivalent to 1× the deposited amount must be met before a withdrawal of the deposited funds can be processed. This requirement is separate from any bonus wagering requirements.
• 888games may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by 888games are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 60× the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements expire after 30 days.

6.5 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion is available to eligible accounts only. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts making their first qualifying deposit. Reload and loyalty bonuses are available to existing members who meet the criteria specified in the individual promotion. 888games reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its discretion where eligibility criteria are not met or where bonus abuse is suspected.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

• Bets are final once confirmed. 888games does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except where a manifest error has occurred.
• In the event of a manifest error — meaning an obvious and clear mistake in odds, game payout rates, or technical display that is materially different from the intended offer — 888games reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to player wallets. Manifest errors must be identified and corrected within 24 hours of occurrence.
• Minimum single bet: Rs 50

• All live casino game results are determined by physical actions — real cards, real wheels, real dice — in a professionally operated studio. All RNG casino game results are determined by a certified random number generator audited quarterly by an independent testing laboratory.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or platform outage during a live casino round or sports event, 888games will take reasonable steps to establish the correct game state and settle affected bets accordingly. Where the result cannot be determined with certainty, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other tool that gives an unfair advantage or places automated bets without manual input.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the 888games platform, its software, or its data.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusing, threatening, or harassing 888games staff or other players via any channel.
• Under-Age Use: Registering as or on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

9. Responsible Gaming

888games's maximum aggregate liability to any single player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 888games's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 888games.

13. Amendments to These Terms
